Interior site supervisor

Project Execution: Overseeing all aspects of interior construction, including carpentry, drywall, painting, and finishing. Team Management: Supervising and coordinating the work of subcontractors, laborers, and other site personnel. Safety and Security: Ensuring the safety of all personnel on site, implementing safety protocols, and conducting safety orientations and training. Quality Control: Monitoring work quality to ensure it meets project specifications and standards. Communication and Coordination: Maintaining open communication with project managers, designers, architects, and other stakeholders. Resource Management: Managing materials, equipment, and other resources to ensure they are available when needed. Reporting: Preparing and submitting progress reports to project managers and clients. Budget Management: Controlling costs and ensuring the project stays within budget. Scheduling and Planning: Assisting with project scheduling and planning to ensure on-time completion. Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies that arise on site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,789.92 per month
