Interior Site Supervisor

Job Overview :

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage daily site activities and ensure smooth execution of painting and related work. The candidate will coordinate with workers, vendors, and company management to complete projects on time and maintain quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Site Management

• Supervise daily work at the site and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
• Monitor worker attendance, productivity, and discipline.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Worker Coordination

• Coordinate with painters and labor teams for smooth workflow.
• Allocate work and ensure proper use of materials and tools.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Vendor & Material Coordination

• Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of materials.
• Check material quality and maintain usage records.
• Inform management about material requirements in advance.

Measurement & Reporting

• Assist in measuring painting work areas (wall area, surface calculation, etc.).
• Maintain daily work progress reports.
• Report site updates, issues, or delays to management.

Quality & Efficiency

• Ensure work quality as per company standards.
• Avoid material wastage and control site costs.
• Resolve on-site issues quickly to keep work running smoothly.

Requirements

• Basic experience in painting or construction site supervision.
• Ability to handle workers and manage site activities.
• Basic knowledge of measurement (area calculation).
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and problem-solving attitude.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in residential or commercial painting projects.
• Basic understanding of safety practices.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.23 - ₹32,599.10 per month
