Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Cost Estimation & Budgeting:

- Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior fit-out projects.

- Monitor budgets and control project costs.

2. BOQ Preparation:

- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on drawings and specifications.

- Ensure accurate quantity take-offs and measurement.

3. Tendering & Procurement:

- Assist in preparing tender documents and evaluation.

- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for quotations.

4. Cost Control & Reporting:

- Track project expenses and maintain cost reports.

- Identify variations and prepare change orders.

5. Billing & Invoicing:

- Prepare and verify subcontractor bills and client invoices.

- Ensure timely submission and follow-up.

6. Site Coordination:

- Conduct site visits for measurement verification.

- Coordinate with the project and design team.

7. Contract Management:

- Assist in contract administration and compliance.

8. Final Accounts & Closure:

- Prepare final accounts and support project close-out activities.

Skills Required:

- Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes & rates.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation tools.

- Analytical, detail-oriented, and good negotiation skills.

- Experience in fit-out or construction industry preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹5,500.00 per month
