Interline Dispatcher

H&H Express, Inc. is a family friendly, fast-paced environment seeking a full-time Interline Dispatcher. You will play a vital role in coordinating freight movement across multiple carriers and ensuring seamless interline operations. As an Interline Dispatcher, you'll be at the heart of our supply chain, driving efficiency and maintaining excellent service standards through proactive dispatching and coordination. This position is Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.

The candidate must also be able to pass pre-employment and random drug testing.

Starting pay depending on experience, plus an additional bonus program begins approximately 90-120 days after hire.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule freight shipments across multiple carriers, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries.

Manage shipping & receiving documentation, freight manifests, and interline transfer records with precision.

Understand H&H Express routes and how these deliveries work into the schedule with both customers and drivers.

Requirements

Proven experience in dispatching or logistics coordination.

Familiarity with freight operations, shipping & receiving procedures, and fleet management practices.

Excellent communication skills paired with professional phone etiquette.

Ability to multitask efficiently using multi-line phone systems while managing high-pressure situations.

Perform billing tasks in a timely manner.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,400.00 per month
