About the Role

We are seeking an Intermediate Architect to support architectural design development and execution across ongoing projects. This role is suited for architects with solid technical foundations who can independently handle drawings, coordination, and revisions under the guidance of senior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings from concept through construction stages
• Develop layouts, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings
• Coordinate with interior, BIM, and engineering teams
• Support material selection and detailing
• Assist with RFIs, revisions, and execution-stage coordination
• Participate in design reviews and internal meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• 3–5 years of professional architectural experience
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit knowledge is a plus)
• Experience producing construction-ready drawings
• Good understanding of coordination and detailing
