About the Role

We are seeking an Intermediate BIM Architect to support BIM modeling, coordination, and documentation across architectural projects. This role is ideal for architects with solid Revit experience who are ready to take on greater BIM responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models for architectural projects
• Extract drawings and documentation from BIM models
• Coordinate models with architectural and consultant teams
• Support clash detection and coordination workflows
• Implement BIM standards and model organization practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• 3–5 years of BIM-based architectural experience
• Strong proficiency in Revit
• Experience working on coordinated architectural models
• Understanding of construction documentation workflows
