We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Intermediate Designer with 3+ years of professional experience to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in various design disciplines, including architectural, mechanical, and graphic design, with proficiency in industry-standard software. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects across multiple sectors, including construction, interior design, system design, and more. The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent technical skills, creativity, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities
- Develop detailed 2D and 3D designs using software such as SketchUp, Revit, Rhino 3D (Rhinoceros 3D), AutoCAD, Enscape or equivalent software.
- Create accurate schematics, technical drawings, and drafting documentation for various projects.
- Produce high-quality graphic designs and visualizations for presentations and client proposals.
- Assist in system design and construction documentation, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Utilize CAD tools to develop detailed plans for interior spaces, mechanical systems, or architectural layouts.
- Collaborate with project teams to refine designs and incorporate client feedback effectively.
- Prepare detailed construction documents and coordinate with engineers or contractors as needed.
Experience :
- 3+years of professional experience in design-related roles across architecture, engineering, interior design, or related fields.
- Professional or Master’s Degree from an accredited Architecture program
- Experience in Residential projects preferred
- REVIT experience required
- Highly proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite programs
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering programs.
- Possess hand sketching and hand rendering skills
- Familiarity with residential and commercial construction details and methods.
- Hands-on approach
- Ability to manage and produce a comprehensive Construction Documents package
- Eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of responsibility
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Legal work status in the United States
- Good communication skills and able to work in a team environment
