We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Intermediate Designer with 3+ years of professional experience to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in various design disciplines, including architectural, mechanical, and graphic design, with proficiency in industry-standard software. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects across multiple sectors, including construction, interior design, system design, and more. Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 2D and 3D designs using software such as SketchUp, Revit, Rhino 3D (Rhinoceros 3D), AutoCAD, Enscape or equivalent software.
• Create accurate schematics, technical drawings, and drafting documentation for various projects.
• Produce high-quality graphic designs and visualizations for presentations and client proposals.
• Assist in system design and construction documentation, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Utilize CAD tools to develop detailed plans for interior spaces, mechanical systems, or architectural layouts.
• Collaborate with project teams to refine designs and incorporate client feedback effectively.
• Prepare detailed construction documents and coordinate with engineers or contractors as needed.

Experience :

• 3+years of professional experience in design-related roles across architecture, engineering, interior design, or related fields.
• Professional or Master’s Degree from an accredited Architecture program
• Experience in Residential projects preferred
• REVIT experience required
• Highly proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite programs
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering programs.
• Possess hand sketching and hand rendering skills
• Familiarity with residential and commercial construction details and methods.
• Hands-on approach
• Ability to manage and produce a comprehensive Construction Documents package
• Eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of responsibility
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Legal work status in the United States
• Good communication skills and able to work in a team environment
