JOB DETAILS

Experience: 3 – 5 years branding and package design experience in an agency environment or in-house

Job Function: Heavily focused on strategic thinking & concept development across all areas of branding, including identity development, package design, marketing communications, and digital content.

Qualities: Passionate, self-motivated, independently creative and insightful person, who enjoys tackling any design challenge with a solution-oriented approach based on insights, creative direction and client objectives. The candidate must be motivated to take initiative on a range of projects and able to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Create unique and thoughtful design solutions for: brand identities, package design, advertising design, sales materials, website design & social media

· Must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing when sharing ideas, feedback and design concepts

· Demonstrate excellent skills in strategic messaging, concept illustration and package design

· Create 3D renders and have extensive knowledge of working with mechanicals for package design projects

Have the ability to work effectively & efficiently in a fast paced environment

· A self starter & independent thinker is a must! Work confidently on your own.

· A team player is a must! Work comfortably & collaboratively within a team dynamic.

Technology Requirements:

· Adobe Creative Suite

· Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint

· Knowledge with Wordpress a plus

· Animation & video editing is a plus

Education: BFA in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Advertising, or other Design related fields. Portfolio required demonstrating quality of work.

Pay: $53,166.76 - $64,028.78 per year
