Role Overview:
We are looking for an Intermediate Project Architect with strong design capability to support architectural project delivery while maintaining a strong design focus.

The role will contribute to concept development, schematic design, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring design intent is maintained through the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development of architectural concepts and design narratives
- Prepare design presentations, diagrams, and architectural studies
- Develop 3D models and visual outputs to communicate design ideas
- Coordinate architectural design with structural, MEP, and landscape teams
- Assist in translating design intent into coordinated design packages
- Participate in design workshops and client presentations
- Ensure architectural quality and design integrity throughout project stages
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
- 5-8 years of architectural experience within design consultancy environments
- Strong design portfolio demonstrating concept and design development work
- Advanced proficiency in Rhino, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and visualization tools
- Experience with parametric modelling tools such as Grasshopper is beneficial
- Strong design communication and presentation skills
- Experience working on large-scale mixed-use, hospitality, or urban developments
