Intermediate QA Engineer – Software House Startup

We value precision, performance, and user experience in every product we deliver, and we’re looking for an Intermediate QA Engineer to help us ensure everything we build is rock-solid and bug-free.

Job Responsibilities

• Test web and mobile applications for functionality, performance, and UI/UX consistency.
• Design, document, and execute manual and automated test cases.
• Collaborate closely with developers and project managers to reproduce, debug, and resolve issues.
• Review requirements and technical documentation to ensure full coverage of testing scenarios.
• Identify, document, and track bugs through project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.).
• Ensure each release meets quality standards before deployment.
• Continuously improve QA processes and testing efficiency.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of QA experience (manual or automation).
• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Hands-on experience with testing web apps and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Postman (bonus points if you can write automated tests).
• Basic understanding of Git workflow and SDLC.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of performance and security testing.
• Experience testing Laravel, React, or Node-based applications.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Docker environments.

Salary: Market Competitive (Based on experience)

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
