Intermediate/Senior Interior Design

H2D Architecture + Design (www.h2darchitects.com) is seeking a new team member with a minimum of 8+ years of experience in custom residential design to fill a Intermediate/Senior Interior Design position. This role is ideal for a creative professional with a strong background in custom residential design who thrives in a collaborative environment. You will be responsible for leading design projects from concept through completion, working closely with clients, architects, and internal team members to deliver exceptional spaces.

Qualifications:

-Required: minimum 8 years of professional experience in custom residential interior design

-Required: Professional degree in interior design

-Strong portfolio showcasing custom residential design projects

-Proficiency in design software (experience with Archicad is a plus)

-Excellent communication and presentation skills

-Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

-Knowledge of materials, construction methods, and industry trends

-Be highly organized, detail oriented, and able to multi-task (our team members are often working on more than one project at a time)

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead and manage residential interior design projects from initial concept to final installation

-Collaborate with architect team and clients to understand their vision, preferences, and lifestyle needs

-Develop space plans, design concepts, and detailed drawings

-Select materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures tailored to each project

-Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors throughout the design and construction process
