Intermodal Dispatcher/Customer Service - Job Duties and Responsibilities:
-
Manage daily intermodal schedule for Big Blue Boxes in our new Dallas facility

Data entry
-
Track and tracking all orders
-
Schedule appointments for imports/exports
-
Driver paperwork
-
Customer communication
-
Problem solving before the issues result in service failures
-
Timely clerical responsibilities to ensure completeness of job

Chassis pickup and drop locations
-
Other job duties as assigned
Intermodal Dispatcher/Customer Service - Education and Experience Required:
-
2 year degree, Bachelors preferred
-
Transportation/Management experience or will train the right candidate
Intermodal Dispatcher/Customer Service - Knowledge and Skills:
-
Proficient in Microsoft office products

Computerized dispatch and record keeping

Willingness to adapt to ever changing customer requirements

Strong Interpersonal Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills
