Job Overview
- Build and maintain respectable terminal internally and outside of the company by delivering what we committed to customers, employees, drivers and the company
- Ensure Daily tasks from each staff in a team is being done properly as expected
- Manage Service Quality by proactively minimizing failures
- Update system properly for internal sharing and external notification with accurate info
- Review and analyze the outcome of terminal performance and set a plan for terminal to be protected and enhanced with staff, drivers and customers and implement plan with direct manager once approved
- Clear and proactive communication with employees, drivers, customers and upper management
- Recognize issues to resolve, prevent or report timely and put proper action on it
- Ensure Outcome of daily performance meets the goal (Revenue, Profit and cost control) and report exception issues with plan to rectify
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Yearly and YTD report in P&L, Customers, Cost control, and on time
- Monitor and update accurate drivers pay from dispatchers
- Employee/Drivers retention
- Drivers settlement trends to ensure drivers are making enough revenue which will be a part of retention
- Preserve, Protect and enhance people with close communication and relationship building
- Customers relationship managing
- Plan to rectify issues if needed
- Share issues with plan to rectify
- Share goal and plan to meet the goal together
- Sensitive respond on service matter and per customer service/ satisfaction review
- Upper management/Department report
- Other tasks as needed if any
Experience:
- Intermodal(ocean containers) dispatching : minimum 3-5 years (Required)
- Management experience (preferred)
