Intern Opportunity – Client Intake & Billing Operations Team:

What You’ll Do:

• Assist department leads with important projects that keep our operations running smoothly.
• Work part-time during the school year and potential for full-time during breaks—flexibility designed for students.
• Convert legal documents (PDF summons and complaint captions) into organized Excel spreadsheets.
• Take on special assignments to support staff coverage.
• Update databases and assist with filing, scanning, and other administrative tasks.
• Jump into additional projects that give you exposure to different aspects of the business.

What We’re Looking For:

• Current college student with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong customer service mindset.
• Someone eager to learn, grow, and contribute in a professional environment.

This role offers an hourly rate of $15.00 per hour with the potential to increase to $16.00 per hour in 2026.
