At Lark Creatives, we help founders and leaders build strong, consistent personal brands on LinkedIn. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being on LinkedIn, loves writing, and understands that every comment, post and DM shapes a brand.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If

• You see LinkedIn as more than a job portal, you actually read posts and notice good content.
• You can write simple, human, and engaging comments and captions.
• You’re curious about branding and positioning and how people show up as thought leaders online.
• You notice patterns: which posts get attention, what kind of hooks work, and which topics start conversations.
• You’re consistent, proactive and comfortable working full-time in a fast-paced, creative branding environment.

Bonus: You’ve tried creating LinkedIn posts/carousels or follow creators who talk about personal branding, storytelling or content strategy.
