About the role
Forum Solutions is seeking motivated undergraduate students for our Summer Internship Program. As a Summer Intern, you will join the service delivery team for a hands-on, 8–12 week experience supporting client projects and learning the fundamentals of management consulting. You will work alongside Analysts, Account Leads, Consultants and Directors, contributing to real client work while developing practical skills and building your professional network.

What you'll do

Support client service delivery under the guidance of senior team members

Assist with project-specific tasks and contribute to team goals

Learn about Forum’s culture, values, operations and strategic priorities

Participate in professional development and networking opportunities
Responsibilities

Assist with project tasks such as research, data collection, and meeting preparation

Support the development of project plans, communications, and deliverables as directed by senior team members

Help document processes, requirements, and meeting notes

Participate in team meetings and client discussions as appropriate

Contribute to the preparation of presentations, reports, and other project materials

Engage with team members to gather feedback and develop consulting skills

Leverage Firm-wide resources and knowledge capital to support project work

Participate in internal initiatives, training sessions, and industry discussions

Demonstrate professionalism and a willingness to learn in all interactions

Qualifications

Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program (business, economics, engineering, or related field preferred) with a minimum of 2 years completed by Summer 2026

Basic knowledge of productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

No prior consulting experience required; relevant coursework or extracurricular activities are a plus
