The unpaid ISG Internship Program offers undergraduate students in their 3rd or 4th year of university the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international school environment. Interns will work within a designated central office department, develop professional and cultural competencies, and receive mentorship to support personal growth, teamwork, and workplace readiness. The program is offered twice a year, with cohorts beginning in September and February each year.
The successful candidate will be expected to:

Demonstrate commitment to the safety and security of children and young people (child protection).

Assist in daily operations and projects within the assigned department (Finance, Human Resources, Teaching and Learning, Operations and Facilities, or IT).

Collaborate with staff members in planning, problem-solving, and project execution.

Participate in meetings, training sessions, and team activities.
-
Perform documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks as needed.

Demonstrate professionalism, adaptability, and initiative in all assigned responsibilities.

Perform other duties as assigned by the department supervisor.
The ideal candidate will:

Be currently enrolled in a recognized university bachelor’s program (3rd or 4th year).

Have completed at least two years of undergraduate study.

Have an endorsement letter from the university.

Have availability to commit to a 4–16-week full-time program (7:30 am – 3:30 pm, Sunday–Thursday).

Have general knowledge of their chosen field of study (e.g., finance, HR, education, IT, operations).
