Pharmaceutical company is looking for an energetic and reliable Female Admin assistant cum accountant. The employee is required to undertake accounting and administrative tasks, and to support the rest of the team to work efficiently.
- The applicant should hold a bachelor’s degree in management & accounting.
- Knowledge and experience of accounting is a must.
- With experience in “HR, DOCUMENT CONTROL, SALES, INVENTORY, PAYROLL, and ADMIN”
- Can maintain and update all documents and keep them orderly complete and categorize for easy accessibility to specific records (electronic and manual).
- Ability to work and perform with minimum supervision.
- Can work under pressure.
- Excellent Administrative skills
- English Speaking, Writing, and Reading Skills
- Knowledgeable in using MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) & Accounting program (Tally)/CRM software.
- Manage / maintain Commercial Invoices / daily accounts / Petty Cash and other documents and receipts.
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
