Position Overview
As an AI Developer Intern at HealthStream, you will be at the forefront of integrating cutting-edge artificial intelligence into our products and services. You will work on high-impact projects ranging from developing AI Platform Services to building full-stack AI prototypes and internal tooling.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of AI Platform Services.

Build and deploy full-stack AI prototypes and internal tooling to support business needs.

Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to identify opportunities and develop AI-driven solutions.

Research, experiment with, and implement emerging Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Machine Learning technologies.

Translate complex technical concepts and communicate project progress effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications

Familiarity with (or strong willingness to learn) programming languages and frameworks, specifically Python and React.

Basic understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Machine Learning concepts.

Exposure to Version Control Software (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git/GitHub) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) workflows.

Introductory knowledge of or interest in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Relevant coursework, personal/academic projects, or foundational knowledge in computer science, software engineering, or data science.
