RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE

Assist editors with preparation for acquisitions meetings, including conducting research, preparing materials/support materials

Manuscript compilations for calendar editorial team

Input metadata descriptions/keywords for calendars in appropriate systems (i.e. Title Management)

Create tip sheets and review of comic manuscripts

Complete other duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR HIRE

Working knowledge of Adobe software including Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel)

Experience in researching trends in pop culture; social media knowledge

This is a full-time paid internship that will run for up to one year. Andrews McMeel is a hybrid company, and the role will be required to work on-site at least three days per week (Tuesday - Thursday). Starting pay of $17/hour.
