About The Team
The Tourism Board Partnerships (NTO) team manages Wego's collaborations with national and regional tourism organizations across global markets. The team focuses on creating and delivering impactful marketing campaigns, data insights and strategic partnerships that drive destination awareness, tourism growth and commercial success for partners.
The Role
As an Intern within the Tourism Board Partnerships (NTO) team, you will support partnership management, data analysis and campaign execution across various tourism initiatives. You will assist in preparing reports and presentations, coordinating assets and supporting day to day operations for live campaigns. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to learn about digital marketing, travel partnerships and campaign management in a global travel technology environment.
What you will be working on
- Assist in collecting and organizing campaign data for reporting and analysis
- Support the preparation of partnership presentations, reports and marketing materials
- Help maintain internal documentation and databases for ongoing partnerships
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Marketing, Creative and Ad Operations to support campaign delivery
- Conduct research on tourism boards, market trends and destination insights
- Assist in tracking partnership performance and compiling post campaign reports
- Provide administrative and coordination support for partner events and campaign execution
- Contribute ideas and feedback during brainstorming or project discussions
Core Responsibilities
- Support campaign coordination and reporting for tourism board partnerships
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely updates across ongoing projects
- Collaborate cross functionally to help deliver successful campaigns
- Learn and apply best practices in media partnerships and marketing operations
Skills and experience
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, Media or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Good analytical and research skills with an interest in data driven marketing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast paced environment
- Enthusiasm for travel and marketing partnerships
- Flexibility to assist with time sensitive tasks and cross time zone coordination
