Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient professional to accurately input, manage, and maintain data in standard format for sharing and publishing. The ideal candidate will have formatting skills, drafting skills, typing skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, formatting and compiling data in standard format (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Enter, update and verify data in spreadsheets and LMS.
- Maintain accuracy and completeness of records.
- Retrieve and organize data as required for reports and analysis.
- Perform regular backups to ensure data integrity and security.
- Review and correct data entry errors.
- Collaborate with team members to improve data accuracy and efficiency.
- Follow company policies and data confidentiality guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Basic in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of databases and office administration.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
