About the Program

Tanmatra Ayurveda, under the guidance of Dr. Alka Vijayan, invites Ayurveda graduates to join a unique and immersive Ayur Vigyan Internship Program designed to bridge the gap between classroom learning and real world clinical practice.

This program offers a rare opportunity to learn directly under an experienced and visionary mentor, in a professional environment that blends authentic Ayurvedic wisdom with modern clinical excellence.

Interns will gain practical exposure, holistic understanding, and the professional polish required to transition confidently into clinical practice.

The top three candidates who complete the Internship successfully will be selected to join Tanmatra Ayurveda’s Medical Team.

Learning Highlights

During the 3-month program, interns will:

• Receive structured mentorship and clinical exposure across key areas of Ayurvedic practice.
• Develop strong diagnostic and patient interaction skills through guided learning.
• Understand holistic treatment planning including lifestyle, nutrition, and wellness management.
• Strengthen professional communication, etiquette, and grooming standards.
• Cultivate self-awareness, empathy, and emotional balance in their role as healers.
• Evolve through continuous feedback, reflection, and performance-based progression.

Each month of the internship focuses on professional, clinical, and personal development — ensuring steady growth and mastery over time.

Who Can Apply

• BAMS graduates (with at least 2 years of experience).
• Individuals committed to professional excellence and ethical Ayurvedic practice.
• Candidates willing to engage full-time at Tanmatra Ayurveda, Trivandrum, Kerala.

Commitment

The internship requires full-time participation and dedication. Interns are expected to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and punctuality throughout the program.

Location & Schedule

• Location: Tanmatra Ayurveda, Trivandrum, Kerala
• Timings: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Duration: 3 Months. Program will start on 3rd November 2025.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Trivandrum, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Ayurveda Doctor: 2 years (Preferred)
