Intern - Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and MIS.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Conduct financial research, benchmarking, and industry analysis.
• Validate financial data and ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Work with tools like MS Excel, Tally, and financial platforms for data analysis.
• Support the team in audits, taxation, and compliance-related tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting (B.Com, BBA, MBA).
• Strong knowledge of financial statements and accounting concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel; knowledge of Tally/ERP is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Candidates from Bengaluru are preferred.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
