Intern Graphic Designer

Job Description

The Graphic Designing Intern assists the creative team in developing visual assets for branding and marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include helping create graphics for digital platforms and print, maintaining organization of design files, and applying brand guidelines under supervision. This internship provides hands-on experience and helps build a strong design portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing visuals for social media, web, print campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with senior designers to develop creative concepts and drafts.
• Attend brainstorming sessions and share innovative design ideas.
• Maintain, organize, and archive design assets and files for easy team access.
• Support website, blog, and collateral updates, sometimes using basic CMS platforms.
• Ensure adherence to branding guidelines and company standards in all deliverables.
• Respond positively to feedback and revise designs as needed.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a graphic design, visual arts, or related undergraduate program.
• A strong portfolio that reflects creativity and proficiency in design fundamentals.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; familiarity with other design software is a plus.
• Good communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a creative team.
• Attention to detail and eagerness to learn new concepts and techniques.
