Intern- Guest Relations

Job Description

Intern – Guest Relations supports hospitality operations by assisting guests, handling inquiries, ensuring satisfaction, coordinating services, and delivering exceptional customer experiences within hotels, resorts, and luxury establishments in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and professionally daily
  • Assist guests with inquiries and requests
  • Coordinate guest services with internal departments
  • Handle reservations, bookings, and confirmations accurately
  • Resolve guest complaints politely and efficiently
  • Maintain front desk presentation standards consistently
  • Support events and VIP guest arrangements
  • Document guest feedback and service improvements.

Skill & Experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and hospitality mindset
  • Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
  • Professional appearance and positive interpersonal attitude
  • Basic computer proficiency and reservation systems
  • Teamwork ability with cultural sensitivity awareness.

Note: Salary is disbursed in the local currency of the country of employment.
