Job Title: HR Intern

Location: Office-based
Duration: Internship (3–6 months)
Stipend: Between ₹5,000 to ₹ 8,000 per month

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources department in day-to-day HR operations. The intern will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee monitoring, administrative operations, and official communication.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Support

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain and update candidate databases
  • Support onboarding and documentation processes

2. Employee Monitoring & Coordination

  • Track attendance and daily work updates of employees/interns
  • Assist in monitoring performance and task follow-ups
  • Coordinate between management and team members

3. Administrative Operations

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist in preparing offer letters, internship letters, and other HR documents
  • Support day-to-day office administration tasks

4. Email & Communication Management

  • Draft and send official emails and follow-ups
  • Handle internal communication and coordination emails
  • Maintain proper email records and responses

Eligibility & Skills Required

  • Graduate / Pursuing Graduation or Post-Graduation (HR or related field preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and email tools
  • Organized, proactive, and willing to learn
