Job Summary

AIWO Limited is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern – Recruitment to support our Talent Acquisition team. The intern will assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, gain hands-on exposure to HR operations, and learn practical recruitment processes in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.) and internal databases
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates as per job requirements
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment trackers
• Conduct initial HR screening calls and share feedback with the team
• Support in drafting and posting job descriptions
• Assist in employee onboarding documentation and verification
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and offer process
• Support HR team in day-to-day recruitment and administrative tasks

Eligibility Criteria

• Pursuing or recently completed MBA / MSW / MA (HR)
• Strong interest in HR & Recruitment
• Good communication skills (English & Tamil preferred)
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)

Internship Duration
