Internship Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven
HR Business Partner (HRBP) Intern
to join our People Team. As an HRBP Intern, you will get hands-on exposure to various facets of HR including employee engagement, performance management, data analytics, and HR operations. This internship offers a chance to work closely with business leaders and contribute to high-impact HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the HRBP team in implementing and managing core HR processes such as performance reviews, goal setting, and employee engagement surveys.

Assist in tracking HR metrics, analyzing data, and generating insights to support business decisions.

Coordinate and support employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs across departments.

Participate in grievance redressal discussions and help in documentation and follow-up.

Work closely with business teams to understand people's challenges and assist HRBPs in delivering solutions.

Assist with onboarding and orientation processes for new joiners.

Maintain and update employee records and support HR audits/compliance processes.

Create communication content for internal HR campaigns (emails, posters, etc.).

Shadow HRBPs in employee connect sessions and HR business meetings.

Work with Franchisee partners and their employees

Strategize for the performance of the regions

Planning and liaising for festive period

Initiating interventions to solve of issues identified in the region
What You’ll Learn:

Qualifications:

MBA or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (students currently pursuing or recently graduated).
