Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team at our Lucknow office.

This internship offers an excellent opportunity to understand and gain hands-on experience in Human Resources operations, recruitment, and employee engagement within a professional IT environment.

Number of Vacancies:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, etc.)
• Manage and update candidate databases and maintain records of HR activities
• Support onboarding and documentation of new employees and interns
• Contribute to employee engagement activities, events, and internal communications
• Assist in drafting offer letters, experience certificates, and HR reports
• Coordinate with team leads and management for staffing and administrative requirements

Eligibility:

• Pursuing or completed BBA / MBA (HR) or equivalent degree
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Eager to learn HR processes in a practical, fast-paced environment
• Must be available for onsite work in Lucknow

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
