Intern (Influencer Outreach)

We are looking for a social-media-savvy Influencer Outreach Intern to join our team. You won't be fetching coffee; you will be the bridge between our client’s brands and the most authentic voices on the internet.

You will work directly with our digital marketing team to identify, contact, and manage relationships with influencers who can amplify our campaigns.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Scout Talent: Research and identify high-quality influencers (Micro, Macro, and Nano) across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn that align with our clients' brand voices.
• Make First Contact: Draft and send personalized outreach emails and DMs to initiate collaborations. You are the first point of contact representing 2020 Productions.
• Build Relationships: Maintain a database of influencers and nurture relationships for future campaigns.
• Campaign Coordination: Assist in shipping products to influencers, tracking deliverable deadlines (Reels, Stories, Posts), and ensuring guidelines are followed.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor live campaigns and compile reports on reach, engagement, and ROI to see what’s working.

• Digital Native: You spend way too much time on Instagram/YouTube and know exactly who the trending creators are right now.
• Communication Pro: You can write professional, persuasive emails that don't sound like bots.
• Organized: You love checklists and can keep track of multiple conversations at once (Google Sheets/Excel is your friend).
• Curious Learner: You want to learn how digital marketing agencies actually run from the inside.
• Hyderabad Based: You are available to collaborate with our team in Hyderabad.
