Role Overview

As a Marketing Intern, you will assist the marketing department in developing, executing and monitoring campaigns that promote the hospital’s services, build community awareness and enhance patient engagement. This internship offers hands-on experience in healthcare marketing, social media management, event promotion, and public outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns for hospital services and health awareness programs.
• Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Support in organizing and promoting hospital events, medical camps and community health drives.
• Conduct research on healthcare trends, competitors, and target audiences.
• Monitor digital performance metrics and assist in preparing performance reports.
• Coordinate with doctors, departments, and external vendors for marketing-related activities.

Qualifications

• BBA/BPA/MBA/MS/MPA (completed or in progress) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
• Interest in healthcare marketing and community engagement is a plus.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Rs15,000.00 - Rs20,000.00 per month
