Job Summary

The Intern - Marketing will support general marketing tasks including the development of brochures, marketing collateral, and proposals and provides support to the Director of Marketing and/or Manager as needed.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare various general external marketing collateral, under the direction of the Marketing Manager
  • Assist with preparation for corporate events, including tradeshows, administering multiple calendars and attendee requirements, and ship and track materials sent to tradeshows
  • Assist with the procurement and inventory management of promotional items
  • Update marketing content library as required to maintain integrity of marketing boilerplate materials
  • Provide support to the Director of Marketing for proposal-related tasks, including updating resumes, editing copy, file management, printing, binding, and shipping proposal and marketing materials
  • Assist with global project profile and resume updates and general organization
  • Other duties assigned or required to meet the business needs

  • Proven history of follow-through on task assignments
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Positive mindset and ability to work with a team
  • Ability to work under general supervision and respond promptly to directives given
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced and deadline driven work environment
  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

Required Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Completed or working toward Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related degree (will consider equivalent work experience)
