Role Overview

This internship offers hands-on exposure to marketing operations and HR processes within a growing corporate dining company. The role involves supporting structured outreach, brand initiatives, recruitment coordination, and internal process management.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Support:

• Assist in email marketing and outbound outreach campaigns
• Support cold calling and B2B lead generation activities
• Help manage and monitor Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
• Coordinate LinkedIn marketing and basic content updates
• Maintain lead databases, follow-ups, and simple reports
• Track campaign performance and compile periodic updates

HR Support:

• Assist in screening resumes and coordinating interviews
• Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities
• Maintain employee records and HR trackers
• Coordinate with internal teams for HR communications
• Assist in basic policy documentation and process organisation

Eligibility & Requirements

• MBA / BBA / Degree in Marketing, HR, or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with calling, coordination, and follow-ups
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms is an advantage
• Organised, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
• Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
