Responsibilities
- Purchase order and documentation: Help prepare and process purchase orders, ensure proper documentation, and maintain procurement records.
- Supplier management: Assist with identifying and sourcing suppliers, and follow up on inquiries.
- Inventory and tracking: Maintain inventory logs and track deliveries to ensure timely arrival.
- Reporting: Assist in preparing purchase and inventory status reports.
- Problem resolution: Support in resolving purchase-related queries and discrepancies.

- Attention to detail: A high level of accuracy for tasks like data entry and reporting.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Organizational skills: Strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Technical proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, and potentially inventory management software.
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation and vendor management skills are a significant plus.
