Responsibilities

  • Purchase order and documentation: Help prepare and process purchase orders, ensure proper documentation, and maintain procurement records.
  • Supplier management: Assist with identifying and sourcing suppliers, and follow up on inquiries.
  • Inventory and tracking: Maintain inventory logs and track deliveries to ensure timely arrival.
  • Reporting: Assist in preparing purchase and inventory status reports.
  • Problem resolution: Support in resolving purchase-related queries and discrepancies.

  • Attention to detail: A high level of accuracy for tasks like data entry and reporting.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Organizational skills: Strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Technical proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, and potentially inventory management software.
  • Negotiation: Strong negotiation and vendor management skills are a significant plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
