Quality Control Intern – Summer 2026

Position Overview:
As a Quality Control Intern, you will work alongside our QC engineers and technicians, field supervisors, and paving crews to gain hands-on experience with asphalt testing, material inspection, and compliance standards. This role is ideal for students interested in civil engineering, construction management, or materials science.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in asphalt density training
• Opportunity to work with aggregate and mix testing
• Participate in mix design formulation basics
• Interaction with other departments including Risk & Safety and Operations

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or closely related field
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite of tools
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to have fun while working hard

Wage and Benefits:

The pay rate for this position is $22.00 hour to $26.00 hour depending on experience, education, and qualifications.
