About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate BBA/MBA students who want to kickstart their careers in HR & Recruitment. As an Intern Recruiter, you will gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment cycle and learn modern hiring practices in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates).
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records.
• Support the HR team with day-to-day hiring activities.
• Learn and apply modern recruitment tools and techniques.

• Current BBA/MBA students (pursuing HR specialization preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
