Internship
The Inside Sales Summer Intern will support the Inside Sales team by assisting with lead research, account outreach preparation, pipeline hygiene, and sales operations activities. This role provides hands-on exposure to a professional B2B sales environment and is ideal for students interested in sales, marketing, business development, or technology.
What You Will Do
- Assist with lead and account research using CRM tools, LinkedIn, and internal systems
- Support pipeline hygiene by updating contact records, opportunity notes, and activity logs in Salesforce
- Help prepare outbound call lists and email outreach for Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs)
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and call shadowing
- Help analyze basic sales metrics (activity, response times, pipeline coverage)
- Support special projects related to process improvement, automation, or territory planning
