Intern - Service Dispatcher

This position is based at our corporate office in Phoenix, AZ, and follows a hybrid work schedule. Remote work is not available for this role. Candidates must reside within commuting distance, as relocation assistance is not provided. Additionally, applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored visa support.

Job Overview:

As a Service Dispatch Intern, you will assist in coordinating pool equipment service requests and supporting daily operations across multiple districts. You’ll help ensure customers, Service Technicians, and store teams are connected and service appointments are managed efficiently. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in customer service, scheduling, and operations coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating and monitoring service requests and appointments.
  • Communicate with customers, technicians, and store teams to help manage schedules.
  • Update schedules and notify teams of changes as needed.
  • Support the Service Call Center with inbound calls and special projects.
  • Track progress of service orders and follow up to ensure timely completion.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and learn from team members.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree or related coursework.
  • Strong interest in customer service, operations, and scheduling.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work on-site at our Phoenix, AZ corporate office.

Preferred:

  • Prior internship or experience in customer service, scheduling, or dispatch.
  • Familiarity with scheduling software or CRM systems.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and learn new processes.
