Position Overview: Agrokisan is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing & Social Media Intern to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in developing and executing our digital marketing strategies, focusing on enhancing our online presence and engaging with our audience across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management: Assist in managing social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.
• Content Creation: Develop compelling content for social media, blog posts, newsletters, and other digital marketing materials.
• Campaign Support: Help in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media ads, and promotions.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze performance metrics for social media and digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences to support marketing strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all digital channels.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital marketing and social media, with a basic understanding of best practices and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, content management systems, and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
