What to Expect If Selected

Interns are expected to work an average of 30 hours per week; days can be flexible around school needs. The AAA, Inc. Internship Program will last from June 1, 2026 – August 21, 2026. Hourly rate for this position is $15 - $17.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in specific projects relating to the department
• Conduct research, gather data, and analyze information to support business initiatives
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
• Participate in meetings, brainstorming sessions, and team discussions
• Collaborate with colleagues on cross-functional projects
• Assist with administrative tasks, including documentation and record-keeping
• Take initiative in learning new skills and seeking out opportunities for professional development

Qualifications and Requirements

• Working towards a degree in Business, Information Technology, or similar
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or other relevant software
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to the success of the team
