Intern – Work Flow Optimization

Role Overview:

The Intern – Work Flow Optimization will be responsible for understanding and analyzing existing business processes and workflows, identifying gaps and inefficiencies, and supporting the rationalization of current operations. The role involves optimizing existing systems and assisting in the introduction or implementation of new software tools to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and enhance overall operational efficiency through better system utilization and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist in automation of current working processes to improve efficiency and accuracy

● Rationalise the existing business process by optimizing or introducing new software systems so as to enhance efficiency.

● Execute assigned tasks and projects within defined timelines

● Coordinate and assist multiple departments such as Engineering, Procurement, Planning, and Operations

● Maintain proper records, reports, and technical documentation

● Learn and follow company processes, standards, and safety guidelines

Skills & Knowledge Required:

● Basic understanding of Electrical / Instrumentation / Automation concepts

● Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Office, and basic data handling

● Willingness to learn engineering and automation-related software/tools

● Basic knowledge of PLC, Control Panels, or Automation systems (preferred, not mandatory)

● Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills Eligibility Criteria:

● Pursuing or recently completed BE / BTech in: ○ Electrical Engineering ○ Instrumentation Engineering ○ Electronics / Automation or related fields

● Freshers or final-year students are welcome

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
