Eczacıbaşı Building Products is Turkey's first and largest manufacturer and exporter of ceramic sanitaryware. Since 1958, we have been producing ceramic sanitaryware under the VitrA brand, and since 1991, bathroom furniture, bathtubs, and shower trays. In 1983, we started producing faucets under the Artema brand. Our facility in Bozüyük, established in 1977, is one of the world’s largest production complexes operating under a single roof.

With nearly 5,000 employees and production facilities in Turkey, Germany, France, and Russia, Eczacıbaşı Building Products generates approximately 80% of its revenue from international sales and ranks among the top 5 in the markets it operates.

What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?

• Take part in end-to-end internal audit activities across the Building Products Division, covering both production and corporate processes.
• Design and implement the internal audit plan in compliance with internal policies and legal regulations.
• Conduct audits to evaluate processes and internal control mechanisms, identify improvement opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Execute audit activities with a strategic and results-oriented approach.
• Contribute to the enhancement of Risk Management, Internal Control, and Corporate Governance processes.
• Report audit findings and insights effectively to senior management and the Audit Committee.
• Follow up on audit findings and collaborate with relevant teams on resolution processes.
• Skilled in MS Office and SAP, with the ability to effectively utilize analytical tools including Python, SQL, and Power BI
• Develop and maintain internal audit methodologies in line with IIA standards.
• Lead joint projects with external audit or consulting firms when needed.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in internal audit or consultancy fields, preferably in industrial/manufacturing companies.
• Solid understanding of both production operations and corporate processes.
• Proven experience in financial and operational audits within industrial sectors.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate audit findings into business insights and management support tools.
• Certifications such as CIA, CPA, or CISA are a strong advantage.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of German or Russian is a plus.
• Strong analytical, questioning, and planning skills.
• Project management and facilitation abilities, especially in cross-functional teams.
• Team-oriented, solution-driven, responsible, and open to personal development.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Bozüyük, Bilecik, Eskişehir, or Istanbul.
