Salary Range: PKR 35,000 – 40,000 per month

Travel Requirement: Occasional travel to Multan, Rawalpindi, Sargodha, and within Lahore for audit purposes

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Internal Auditor to join our team at PNY Trainings. The Internal Auditor will be responsible for evaluating financial records, internal processes, and operational practices to ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards. The role requires conducting audits across multiple branches, identifying risks, recommending improvements, and ensuring financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits across all PNY Trainings branches.
• Review and verify accuracy of accounting records, transactions, and internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify weaknesses in internal systems and suggest process improvements.
• Prepare clear, detailed, and well-documented audit reports with findings and recommendations.
• Monitor corrective actions to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
• Assess risk management practices and evaluate effectiveness of internal control frameworks.
• Assist in developing and implementing audit plans, checklists, and procedures.
• Liaise with management and relevant departments to communicate audit results and follow-up actions.
• Support in maintaining transparency, accountability, and efficiency across financial and operational activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in auditing, preferably in internal audit or external audit firms.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting/audit software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple audit assignments.
• Willingness to travel to Multan, Rawalpindi, Sargodha, and within Lahore for audit purposes.
