Internal Auditor

As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a skilled and ethical Internal Auditor to strengthen our internal controls and ensure compliance across the group’s portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal audits of financial, operational, and compliance processes across group companies.
• Evaluate internal control systems, risk management practices, and governance frameworks.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks while recommending corrective actions.
• Review financial statements, transactions, and reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare audit reports with findings, risks, and practical recommendations.
• Follow up with departments on implementation of audit recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Support management in fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Professional certification preferred: CIA, ACCA, CA, CPA, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant audit experience, preferably in a diversified group or real estate/construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards and internal control frameworks.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and audit tools.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and report-writing skills.
• High integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
