WE ARE HIRING - INTERNAL AUDITOR

Location: Alappuzha Region

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 2 years of auditing experience in Microfinance (MFI) is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of internal audit processes, compliance, and risk assessment
• Willingness to travel to various branches as part of audit activities
• Age: Below 38 years

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits across branches to ensure policy and regulatory compliance
• Verify operational, financial, and process controls
• Identify risks, gaps, and deviations, and suggest corrective actions
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to management
• Follow up on audit observations and implementation status
