GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree from universities in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields
• Preferably holding professional certifications such as CPA (SMMM), CIA, CISA, or similar auditing certifications
• Minimum 6 years of experience in internal audit departments of holding/group companies and/or independent audit firms (Big 4)
• Preferably experienced in the retail or manufacturing sectors
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office applications and ERP systems
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• No travel restrictions
• Holding a Class B driver’s license and actively able to drive
• Good command of English and/or Russian

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conduct risk-based internal audit activities across all company processes, including financial, operational, procurement, logistics, and store operations.
• Evaluate the internal control systems in line with the COSO framework and audit manuals, and contribute to their improvement.
• Perform periodic and continuous audit controls covering operational processes.
• Identify and report non-compliance, fraud, and potential risk areas.
• Develop recommendations for corrective actions related to audit findings and work in coordination with relevant departments.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations, company policies, and international internal audit standards.
• Report audit results to senior management and follow up on improvement and corrective action processes.
