Internal Auditor / Chartered Accountant (CA)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Internal Auditor / Chartered Accountant with FMCG industry exposure to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes. The role involves conducting audits across operations, inventory, supply chain, and sales & distribution to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct internal audits in line with the annual audit plan
• Review and evaluate internal controls, processes, and compliance frameworks
• Perform audits related to inventory management, procurement, supply chain, and sales & distribution
• Identify process gaps, control weaknesses, and operational risks
• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and corrective action plans
• Follow up on audit observations to ensure timely implementation of corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal procedures, and statutory regulations
• Coordinate with department heads and management to improve processes and controls
• Support management in risk assessment and internal control improvement initiatives

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
