Internal Auditor – Factory Operations

We are hiring an experienced Internal Auditor – Factory Operations for a manufacturing business based in Sialkot.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in factory audits, production processes, inventory controls, compliance reviews, and risk identification. Experience in the leather or manufacturing industry will be preferred.

Candidates from Sialkot, Daska, Pasroor, or nearby areas will be preferred due to the on-site nature of the role.

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits of factory operations, production, and inventory systems
• Review compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements
• Identify operational risks, inefficiencies, and control gaps
• Prepare audit reports with findings and recommendations
• Monitor corrective actions and follow-up activities
• Conduct surprise inspections and compliance reviews
• Coordinate with management and department heads

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• ACCA, CA, or related finance qualification preferred
• 4–5 years of relevant internal audit experience
• Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory
• Strong understanding of factory operations and inventory controls
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and documentation skills
• ISO, compliance, and quality systems experience will be an advantage
• Must be able to work on-site in Sialkot
