Internal Communication Specialist

Job Summary:

Responsible for developing and implementing internal communication strategies to ensure effective information flow across departments and enhance a positive and engaging work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute internal communication plans and corporate messages.
  • Prepare content for newsletters, internal updates, and digital communications.
  • Organize internal campaigns, workshops, and events to boost employee engagement.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and recommend improvements.
  • Support management in promoting corporate culture and company values among employees.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Media, or a related field.
  • Experience in internal communications or public relations (preferably 1–3 years).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
